AUTOMATIC CLEANING SYSTEM
Organic fouling of glass protection sleeves can cause lower UV intensity and therefore, lower UV dosage, especially in waste water treatment field.
Automatic wiping system regularly removes biological deposition from the surface of the cleaning glass sleeve, improving the disinfection efficiency and keeping the transmittance close to the initial level of 92%.
Cleaning system consist of a stainless steel rack, control mechanism and flexible teflon rings.
Using flexible rings helps to avoid any damage to glass sleeves and to adjust to small deviations in tube diameter.
UV LIGHT INTENSITY MONITORING SYSTEM
Online intensity sensor connected to the PLC control block provides continuous monitoring of UV light intensity. Emergency alarm and replacement signals notify user when the intensity drops below the preset level.
