Our high-strength FRP tank is a top-tier solution for industrial storage needs, featuring an imperial size of 1654 inches, a diameter and height of φ400×1400mm, a top opening with a 2.5" thread, and a design flow rate of 3.2~4.5 T/H. It combines durability and corrosion resistance to excel in various harsh environments.
The FRP storage tank is manufactured using the advanced spray winding molding process, a leading technique in domestic tank production. The "spray lining process" refers to forming the inner lining of the FRP wound container via spray gun technology. The "lining" of the FRP wound container, structurally divided into an inner lining layer and a transition layer, primarily functions to prevent corrosion and leakage. The FRP container's structure consists of a corrosion-resistant and anti-leakage inner lining layer, a reinforced structural layer, and an outer weather-resistant layer. This ensures excellent resistance to medium corrosion while providing sufficient physical and mechanical properties to meet storage requirements.
It adopts high-tension, multi-layer, multi-angle, and head-wrapping winding of glass fibers, making it suitable for storing, transferring, and producing organic and inorganic solvents, as well as media with chemical and electrochemical corrosion properties. It also meets the needs of transferring and transporting non-electrolyte fluids, eliminating static electricity, and resisting various supporting shears, burial, and load forces.
The design offers great flexibility and superior container wall performance. Fiber-wound FRP can adjust the physical and chemical properties of storage tanks and towers by changing the resin system or reinforcing materials to adapt to different media and working conditions. The tank's load-bearing capacity can be adjusted through the design of structural layer thickness, winding angle, and wall thickness, catering to different pressure levels, volumes, and special performance requirements—an advantage that isotropic metal materials cannot match.
With exceptional corrosion resistance, leakage prevention, and weather resistance, FRP outperforms other materials when storing corrosive media, withstanding various acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents. The quality of FRP products depends on raw materials and construction processes, and the FRP spray lining process, as an emerging domestic mechanized production method, offers significant benefits.
Industrial Application Case: A pharmaceutical factory utilizes these high-strength FRP tanks to store and transfer corrosive chemical reagents. The tanks' reliable corrosion resistance ensures the purity of reagents, while their robust structure guarantees safe operation under medium pressure, reducing maintenance costs and enhancing production efficiency.
