Standard production procedure of RO pressure vessel: Winding → Sanding → Lathing → Drilling → Hydro test → Painting → Package

Standard inspection and test plan of RO pressure vessel: Inspected per industrial standards, including raw materials (Fiberglass, Epoxy Resin, Anhydride), process tests, hydro-static tests (each vessel, 1.1 times working pressure for 3 minutes with no leakage), and final inspection.

Product features: Resistant to 25% sulfuric acid, 10% hydrofluoric acid; high temperature resistance up to 60/90°℃; adaptable to strong acid, alkali, etc. Pressure level coverage: 300-1500psi.
