1. Product Overview
The FG Water AXP 24–46 range is designed for higher-flow membrane-feed duties in desalination and industrial wastewater concentration systems.
The range includes AXP 24, AXP 26, AXP 30, AXP 38, and AXP 46. These liquid-lubricated, fixed-displacement pumps allow flow adjustment through shaft-speed control.
Maximum continuous outlet pressure is 80 bar for AXP 24–38 and 70 bar for AXP 46. Model selection must account for both flow and pressure requirements.

3. OPERATING PARAMETERS
| Parameter | AXP 24–38 | AXP 46 |
|---|---|---|
| Outlet Pressure Range | 10–80 bar | 10–70 bar |
| Inlet Pressure Range | 2–5 bar | 3–5 bar |
| Continuous Speed Range | 700–1,500 rpm | 700–1,780 rpm |
| Fluid Temperature | 2–50°C* | 2–50°C* |
| Ambient Temperature | 0–50°C | 0–50°C |
Permissible fluid temperature depends on salinity and material compatibility.
Select the motor and pressure-rated accessories for the actual duty point. Provide suitable inlet filtration, pressure relief, and low-pressure protection.
Fresh-water flushing is recommended when shutting down after high-salinity operation.
4. Key Features & Benefits
Higher-flow model range: Supports industrial membrane-feed requirements.
Model-specific pressure selection: Allows matching of flow and continuous pressure.
Liquid lubrication: No lubricating oil reservoir is required.
Speed-based flow adjustment: Supports different operating duties.
Integrated flushing check valve: Facilitates fresh-water flushing.
5. Key Applications
Industrial seawater desalination.
High-salinity wastewater concentration.
Brine volume reduction.
Membrane concentration ahead of ZLD systems.
Industrial water resource recovery.
