Ionpure LX-Z — Industrial CEDI Module

The Ionpure LX-Z-5 modules, with their enhanced chlorine tolerance, are tailor-made to serve a diverse range of industrial deionized water applications, spanning from boiler makeup water for power plants to pharmaceutical-grade pure water, water for hydrocarbon and chemical processing (HPI/CPI), and fulfilling other demanding high-purity requirements.

Unlike traditional deionization methods, the IONPURE CEDI modules deliver a continuous flow of ultra-pure water, eliminating the need for costly downtime or chemical regeneration. This innovative approach guarantees constant supply and reliable performance for all high-purity water demands.

LX-Z Series Features

• Operating costs are substantially lower compared to traditional ion exchange methods.

• Generates deionized water of mixed-bed quality, all without the use of chemicals.

• Ensures consistent water quality through continuous production, rather than batch processes.

• Features a double O-ring seal for leak-free and reliable operation.

• Eliminates the need for acids, bases, neutralization systems, or replaceable DI tanks.

• Resin-filled concentrate ensures optimal performance and user-friendly operation.

• Provides continuous, uninterrupted operation.

• Can handle feed water with up to 0.05 ppm total chlorine (CI2).

• Offers a wide flow range per module, from 0.22 m³/h (1 gpm) to 7.67 m³/h (33.8 gpm).

• Materials in contact with water comply with NSF® 14 and NSF® 61 standards for food safety and drinking water quality.

CE mark certification, each module is strictly tested before leaving the factory to meet the high standards of the industry and is manufactured under the conditions of complying with ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 quality and environmental management system standards.


About the operating environment of the IONPURE LX-Z module:

The module should be installed indoors, away from direct sunlight, and ensure that the ambient temperature does not exceed 113°F (45°C) to ensure its stable and efficient operation. This can effectively extend the service life of the module while ensuring the stability and reliability of the water quality.
