    The VNX module was developed with the objective of reducing the cost associated with constructing high flow rate CEDI systems and facilitating the selection of a clean and environmentally compatible technology in preference to chemically regenerated mixed bed ion exchange systems. The higher flow rate of CEDI modules simplifies piping and system assembly by reducing the requisite number of modules.

    The VNX modules incorporate a built-in support system. This facilitates smart skid design and minimizes skid cost.

    The Ionpure LX modules are specially engineered for industrial applications. Ionpure modules consistently provide maximum reliability and outstanding performance for power, HPI/CPI, general electronics, food and beverage, and laboratory applications, without any regeneration downtime.

    The Ionpure MX Series CEDI modules offer superior performance for laboratory and lower flow process applications. The MX modules are an ideal adjunct for light industrial, commercial, and laboratory RO systems that are wall-mounted or housed in a cabinet. 

    onPure IP-LXM18Z-4 is an industrial electrode ionization module with high water quality, continuous operation and low operating costs. Its water output is within a certain range, and the specific parameters are as follows:

    Minimum water flow rate: 4.5 (1.1) m³/h (gpm)

    Nominal water flow rate: 9.0 (2.0) m³/h (gpm)

    Designed water flow rate range: 9.0-13.5 (2.0-3.1) m³/h (gpm)

    In addition, other features and advantages of this module may include: using continuous electrodeionization technology to produce high-purity water, the water quality of the water produced is equivalent to or better than the mixed bed water, without the use of chemicals; continuous water production and stable water quality without fluctuations; equipped with double "O" ring seals to ensure leak-free operation; has excellent electrical insulation performance; the operating environment requires installation indoors, avoid direct sunlight, and the indoor temperature does not exceed 45℃, etc.

    In terms of inlet water, the inlet water source is required to be RO produced water, with a temperature of 5-45℃ (41-113℉), an inlet water pressure of 1.4-7bar (20-100psi), a maximum total nitrogen (measured in Cl₂) <0.02ppm, iron (measured in Fe) <0.01ppm, manganese (measured in Mn) <0.01ppm, sulfide (S²⁻) <0.01ppm, a pH value of 4-11, a total hardness (measured in CaCO₃) <1.0ppm, dissolved organic matter (TOC, measured in C) <0.5ppm, and silicon (measured in SiO₂) <1.0ppm.

    About the operating environment of the IONPURE LX-Z module:

    The module should be installed indoors, away from direct sunlight, and ensure that the ambient temperature does not exceed 113°F (45°C) to ensure its stable and efficient operation. This can effectively extend the service life of the module while ensuring the stability and reliability of the water quality.
