Product Description
High-Performance Ultrafiltration for Reliable Drinking Water Production
The DuPont™ IntegraTec™ XTP 100 IP is a pressurized hollow-fiber ultrafiltration module designed for high-throughput municipal drinking water, bottled water, and similar water treatment applications. Featuring 100 m² (1,076 ft²) of active membrane area, the module delivers high productivity within a controlled system footprint, making it well suited for scalable rack-based installations.
At the heart of the XTP 100 IP is DuPont’s proven hydrophilic PVDF hollow-fiber membrane technology. With a nominal pore size of 0.03 μm, the membrane provides effective removal of colloidal particles, bacteria, and viruses while offering excellent permeability, chlorine resistance, and long-term durability.
Compared with conventional ultrafiltration modules, the XTP 100 IP supports a 20% higher design flux, helping water treatment facilities increase output without proportionally increasing system size. Its optimized module design also enables high operating recovery, efficient air scouring, and reduced chemical consumption during maintenance cleaning.

Engineered for Efficient, Scalable Operation
The innovative end-cap design allows direct module coupling in IntegraPac™ IP skids, simplifying installation and supporting straightforward system expansion. Robust wetted materials and strong tolerance to air scouring help provide reliable performance under demanding operating conditions.
With easy installation, low maintenance requirements, and flexible scalability, the IntegraTec™ XTP 100 IP offers a practical ultrafiltration solution for operators seeking consistent treated-water quality, higher productivity, and efficient lifecycle performance.
